This event is for everyone.
 
Because when we say neurodiverse, we mean it — from neurotypical through to neurodivergent. That includes anyone with a formal or self-identified experience of autism, ADHD, Tourette’s, OCD, dysgraphia, dyspraxia, dyslexia… the list goes on.
 
The truth is, understanding one another’s communication styles and ways of thinking has never been more important. Despite the progress we’ve made, recent data shows stigma and misunderstanding are actually increasing.
 
That’s exactly why we’re creating this space — a network grounded in awareness, connection, and genuine curiosity about difference.

This first event sets the tone for what The Neurodiverse Business Network stands for: honest conversations, lived experiences, and practical insights that build understanding and respect for different brains in business and community.

Our aim is to debunk misconceptions, educate with clarity, and create an open, respectful space where neurodivergent and neurotypical people can learn from each other.

Join speakers Lesley Buckman, Leadership and Communication Coach, and Cheryl Alderman, Executive Coach, for an evening of real conversation and insight. Together they’ll explore what it means to truly understand, support, and celebrate neurodiversity in the workplace and beyond.
