About the Network
The Neurodiverse Business Network is a human-centred community for professionals, business owners, and forward-thinkers who approach work and life differently.
We’re here for those who identify as autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or otherwise neurodivergent — and for anyone who believes that difference enriches the way we work and connect.
Many people have shared that traditional networking doesn’t always feel like it was designed with them in mind. For many of us, the experience can bring sensory overwhelm, unclear structure (or too much of it), pressure to mask in order to fit in, the challenge of small talk, or simply not knowing how or when to join a conversation.
When that happens, networking can start to feel more like a performance than a place to connect.
That’s why this network exists — a space built by neurodiverse people, for neurodiverse people. It’s for those with autism, ADHD, or other forms of neurodivergence — whether diagnosed, self-identified, or still exploring. It’s also for allies who value authenticity, inclusion, and the richness of different perspectives.
Here, you can show up as yourself — no masking, no performance — in an environment that recognises your needs, respects your energy, and celebrates genuine connection over forced conversation.
