She Who Dares Method Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the She Who Dares Method (“Programme”), provided by Scalable Skills Pty Ltd as Trustee for The Abundant Trust Trading as Inspired Coaching Group (ABN 73 449 669 752) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not enrol or continue with the Programme.

 

Programme Inclusions

The She Who Dares Method is an online coaching and training Programme for women in business. Your enrolment includes:

• Access to the online curriculum for the module(s) purchased
• Worksheets and resource materials
• Weekly live Q&A sessions
• Access to the community group for connection and support
• Access to the Programme platform for the Programme’s duration.

Note: 1:1 coaching is not included in the Programme and is a separate service requiring a separate agreement and payment.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is required to secure your enrolment, either:

• In full, or
• Via an agreed payment plan with scheduled instalments.

All payments are non-refundable. You agree to complete your payment plan regardless of your level of participation.

If payment fails, you will be notified to update your payment details. Access to the Programme may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date until payment is up to date.

Intellectual Property

All Programme content, including videos, frameworks, and resources, remains the intellectual property of Inspired Coaching Group.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your personal business development only. You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any Programme content without prior written consent.

 

Confidentiality

We will treat personal or business information shared within the Programme confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law.

You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not share any information disclosed by others within the Programme environment outside of it.

 

Participants Responsibilities

Your progress within the Programme depends on your commitment and willingness to apply what is taught.

You agree to:

• Engage with the Programme content and exercises
• Take personal responsibility for your actions and decisions
• Attend live Q&A sessions where possible or review replays
• Maintain respectful, professional communication within the community group. 

 

No Guarantees

The Programme is designed to support your visibility, alignment, and confidence in your business. However, we do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes, as results depend on your individual circumstances and level of implementation.

 

Disclaimer

All content within the Programme is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions and actions and that we are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of Programme content.

 

Termination

We reserve the right to remove you from the Programme if you engage in behaviour that is disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and outstanding payments under a payment plan will remain due.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

 

Amendments

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Any updates will be communicated to you via email or within the Programme platform.
