She Who Leads: Embracing Imposter Syndrome

You know your work inside and out. You have the experience, the results, the track record. And yet you over-explain yourself before anyone has questioned you. You say yes when everything in you means no. You agree with feedback that you fundamentally disagree with because challenging it felt too hard. You don't negotiate because asking for more feels like pushing your luck.

You finished something last week that was received well, that people acknowledged — and the first thing you did was find the one moment that didn't work.

The women who don't feel this are not more capable than you. Not more deserving. Not more qualified. They simply think different thoughts in the same situation. That is the only difference.

Which means this has never been about who you are.

In this workshop you will:

  • Understand exactly why your brain does this
  • What each behaviour is actually signalling about your values and your worth
  • How to use imposter syndrome as one of the most powerful leadership tools you own.

You will identify your personal pattern — the over-explaining, the people pleasing, the perfectionism that never lands on finished, the visibility you keep talking yourself out of — and leave with a specific, practical response you can use before the end of the week.

You will not leave with a list of things to fix. You will leave knowing something true about yourself as a leader that imposter syndrome has spent years trying to shine the light  on.
