My Story

I created She Who Dares because I lived it before I ever taught it.

For years, I shaped myself to fit what the world expected — polished, high-achieving, and always performing. But inside, I was constantly managing a brain that didn’t work the way the world wanted it to, I second guessed myself constantly and never quite belonged anywhere. As someone with both ADHD and high-functioning autism, I’ve known the reality of high-capacity days followed by complete shutdown, the panic of social interaction, and the unbearable pressure to over-deliver just to feel enough.

From when I was young, I used to freeze at the idea of just reading a line out loud in school. I didn’t trust my voice, let alone use it in rooms that mattered.

Now, my entire body of work is about enabling other neurodivergent women to own their voice — without apology, without burnout or reshaping themselves to fit outdated expectations of how a woman in business ‘should’ sound, show up, or succeed.

She Who Dares is built for women who are ready to stop masking, start leading, and become the trusted name in their space by being exactly who they are.

Because when you do, everything shifts — your voice cuts through, aligned clients seek you out, and new opportunities come not because you chased them, but because you finally showed up in a way that felt true.
